Welcome to Trade Mastery Up. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, course portal, and all trading education & mentorship services (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services
Trade Mastery Up provides online trading courses, live mentorship sessions, strategy workshops, and community support. All Services are intended for lawful trading activities only. Any misuse or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

3. Enrollment & Access
You may enroll in Services via our website or by contacting us. A valid email and payment method are required to confirm enrollment. You agree to provide accurate information and follow all course prerequisites and guidelines.

4. Pricing & Payment
Course fees are displayed on our website and include applicable taxes. Payment is due upon enrollment via credit card or approved digital payment. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

5. Cancellation & Refunds
• Cancel or reschedule a live session free of charge up to 48 hours before the start time.
• Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee of the session price.
• If you’re unsatisfied with any self-paced course, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. Email info@trademasteryup.com to request.

6. Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided “as is.” Trade Mastery Up shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of our Services or any trading decisions made based on our content. You assume full responsibility for your trading activities.

7. Modifications & Termination
We may update these Terms at any time; changes will be posted on our site with a “Last updated” date. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service without notice.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Halifax, NS.
